The President of the Jubaland State, H.E. Ahmed Mohamed Islam, has signed into law the Humanitarian Aid Protection Act, which was submitted by the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management.

This new law on humanitarian aid protection is established in response to the growing need for a comprehensive government framework to oversee humanitarian operations. It aims to ensure safety, independence, and transparency in the delivery of humanitarian assistance across Jubaland.
