Today, 14 December 2025, H.E. Ahmed Mohamed Islam, held an important meeting with the United Nations Special Representative for Somalia, James Swan, and the European Union Ambassador to Somalia, Ms. Francesca Di Mauro.
The meeting focused on the complex political situation in Somalia, examining existing challenges and opportunities to strengthen Somalia’s state-building process, as well as the upcoming conference to be held in the city of Kismayo.
