Kismayo, 27 December 2025 — The President of the Jubaland State, H.E. Ahmed Mohamed Islam, today officially signed into law three important acts that had previously been approved by the Council of Ministers and the Parliament of the Jubaland State. These laws are:

1. The Amendment and Supplement to the Urban Land Management Law, submitted by the Ministry of Public Works, Housing, and Reconstruction.
2. The General Road Safety Law of the Jubaland State, submitted by the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation.
3. The Health Professionals Law of the Jubaland State, submitted by the Ministry of Health and Social Care.
